Shipping policy

Pre-Sales

If you order an in-stock item along with a pre-sale item, the package will ship when the pre-sale item arrives. If you would like your in-stock items to ship separately , please create two separate orders. One with in-stock items and the other with pre-sale items.


General Shipping

We are currently only shipping to U.S (excluding Puerto Rico) and  Canada. The  shipping arrival time and costs will vary depending on the weight of the package ,items ordered, and destination address. Most in-stock orders are processed within 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday) excluding holidays. Please note: there could be shipping delays such as inclement weather. If there are any delays, we will update here. All tracking numbers are emailed to you. If you are missing a tracking#  please check your spam folder. All orders must have up to date email addresses to ensure we can properly communicate with you if needed and  there is no delay In your shipment .

International Residents (We are currently not shipping international except Canada)

By purchasing from Rubicon Gaming Designs, International customers understand they are solely responsible for locating, communicating , and claiming insurance on their package if needed with the carrier.  You are also fully responsible for customs/duties charged in your country . We do not know if any customs/duties will or will not be charged. These international zones include Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Costa Rica, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico. Rates are based on your customer’s address and the weight and dimensions of their order.  (USPS International Service Disruptions)

Puerto Rico Residents (We are currently not shipping here)

By purchasing from Rubicon Gaming Designs, Puerto Rico customers understand that they are solely responsible for communicating with USPS and claiming  insurance on their package if needed. Rates are based on your customer’s address and the weight and dimensions of their order. 

 

Undeliverable Mail

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the shipping address is up to date. We do not issue refunds for wrong addresses and we cannot be held liable. Any returned mail will be subject to a $5 return fee plus the shipping cost to send it back to you. We will notify you if we receive your mail and hold it for 60 days max  to give you the opportunity to correct/ change your address if needed. We will refund you (minus the return fee) and re-stock the item if we don't hear back from you after 60 days.
