Refund Policy

UPDATE :

Our store is closing and we will no longer offer refunds on any purchases starting on November 1,  2023 (including pre-orders). 

Hassle Free Refund Program 

You can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase transaction for any reason, we are here to help!   Once the refund window has closed or the item has shipped (whichever comes first), the sale will be final. Custom orders and any orders purchased with Shop Pay (Affirm) are non-refundable and do not qualify for the Hassle free refund program. 

 

Custom/ Personalized Products 

This includes any custom products that required you to submit your own image or choose a pre-designed option from the menu. Once the order is placed, the sale is final. We do not accept cancellations,  refunds or exchanges on customized products for reasons unrelated to quality. Reasons related to quality will be exchanged. 

 

Affirm (shop pay) Payment Method

Any orders placed using the Affirm  (shop pay) payment method are non-refundable and become final at check out due to the high fees the seller cannot recover when a refund is issued. Learn More

 

Damages and Defects

We will ONLY offer an exchange for any damaged/defective items reported upon receipt (contact us within 72 hours) with pictures of the damages via email. We also require a picture of the packing slip and front of the shipping box .  If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund when we receive the item. Once the 72 hour window has closed, we cannot offer an exchange or refund. We will mail out the exchange once we receive the item and approve it. Items sent back to us without first submitting a request will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

The customer is solely responsible for the return shipping of items they wish to return . The return must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit. Please note that any damage caused by mishandling or improper packaging will result in your return being denied.

 

Refund Processing

Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for your refund to process after being received. The refund for the items returned will be credited back to the original payment method. 

 

Original Shipping Charges

Your original shipping fees are non-refundable. Your original shipping charges are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to if your item is returned.

 

Covid -19

We do not issue refunds for any mail delays surrounding covid-19.

 

Theft/Lost packages

We do not replace lost or stolen items that show a tracking# delivered to the provided address.  If the items show as delivered and you still don’t have your package you should first contact your local post office and ask around your neighbors.  We would be more than happy to start an investigation (CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT START THEIR OWN INVESTIGATION OR WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP OR ISSUE ANY REFUNDS).  If you believe your package has been stolen, please also contact your local post office and report any criminal activity to your local police department.

 

Suspicious Activity

At our sole discretion , we will flag your account and disable future purchases if there is any suspicious activity. 

 

Sale items/Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges/returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items AND Gift cards/Grams are final. 

 

Promotions

We may run promotions/sales at times and we cannot swap out old purchases for items on promo. Also, we cannot accept exchanges/returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items are final.

 

Customs, Duties/ Taxes

The customer is solely responsible to pay any customs and taxes applied to the order. All fees (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer . We charge our shipping fees at check out and we are not able to determine additional custom fees for international customers once it reaches foreign soil. It is the customers responsibility to find out what the best shipping method would be from the U.S. to their country. We would be happy to do our best and accommodate shipping methods if needed at your request . 

 

Undeliverable Mail

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is reliable and correct. We do not issue refunds for wrong/ unaccessible addresses and we cannot be held liable. Any returned mail will be subject to a $5 return fee plus the shipping cost to send it back to you. We will notify you if we receive your mail and hold it for 60 days max  to give you the opportunity to correct/ change your address if needed. We will refund you (minus the return fee) and re-stock the item if we don't hear back from you after 60 days.

International Residents: At the moment we are not shipping internationally 

Puerto Rico Residents: We are not currently shipping to Puerto Rico
